Once you submit an inquiry either through my website or direct contact, you will be sent an official interest and/or prequalification form. I'll review your prequalification status to determine your budget, set an official consultation, and help guide the next steps.

Consultations can be held in person, virtually (via Zoom or over the phone), or asynchronously (via forms).
During the consultation, I'll discuss your specific needs, timeline, and any other important details.

After discussing your needs and the process, I'll schedule a meeting for us to review and sign the tenant brokerage agreement. This agreement outlines my professional responsibilities and the terms of our working relationship
